Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Yes, you will receive the product or the package exactly as it is shown in the picture. All the items are packaged carefully in a beautiful style.

Where can I view my receipt?

After you place the order successfully you will receive automatically the order confirmation to your email address. You will also receive a regular VAT receipt by postman who will deliver the order to you.

Can I return an item?

No, the items can’t be returned after the package is open.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

Yes, we update our stock time to time.

Where do you ship? What are the costs?

We ship to all Albanian Cities. The cost of the transportation to Tirana is 100 Lek and a fixed price of 300 Lek for transportation to all other cities.
